John Meets a customer at a Water Treatment works (Stratford St Mary). John is conducting a H&S Audit
Video narrated through a journey from river/res/bore to tap.
"Hello, I've always wondered how many people it takes to get the water to my tap"
We see an ESW/NWG van driving along a road, it pulls up to a river where we see someone from Catchment Management. The van will link the sites/roles/people to the service we deliver. At each site someone will jump on the van from each area/site.
At the river we will see an employee taking samples from the river. Narration will state that our process begin up stream for river abstraction (Northern River)
We will follow the journey to Abberton, Kielder & Suffolk Bores. Narration to cover where we abstract water and how this links to other things such as recreation.
Our journey will then take us on to WTW at Chigwell, Barsham and Broken Scar (SSF, Chem, Simple). We will then visit process control - Hanningfield Lab Test Our next visit will be to Maintenance at: Langford (Electrical) and Lartington (Asset Replacements)
Our next stop will be with Strategic Network (managing customer demand and response coordination) at Washington
From Washington we move to Customer Field Services (Telephones, Customer Service and Leakage) based at Northumbria House, Pity Me collecting 3 more colleagues.
