So in class today we are going to learn about the states of matter. Gas, liquid, and solid are the states of matter. They all have molecules when the molecules are heated up, when heated up the phase of matter changes.
For example a piece of ice when you heat it up it begins to turn into water. The Solid molecules move fast and hit each other. And liquid molecules move fast but pass each.
Now class when you heat up a liquid for example water, it will start to boil it will create a qas. So now gas molecules space out and don't move fast at all.
