First the bill is introduce to the cabinet and undergoes the first reading.
After that comes the second reading where the principles of the bill are debated.
Then comes the third reading where they debate again on the bill and then vote for it to pass.
And then it splits into Provincial where the lieutenant governor signs and gives it royal assent.
And federal where the senate does three readings and then votes and the Governor General gives royal assent.
