A boy named Ben finds a seismometer, curious, he brings it to his parents
He has many queries about the little machine he had found, so he questions his parents about what it is.
His parents take turns explaining what a seismometer is, what it is used for and answering any other questions Ben has.
Ben then asks about how it works and learns other facts that his parents know about seismometers.
Assuming that Ben understands everything about seismometers his parents ask him about his opinions on the seismometer, and whether we should spend money and time on technology like this and whether it's purpose is useful.
Ben answers these questions without fail and believes that they are effective but could be improved on.
