Hi! Today we're going to take trip back to the Renaissance! While there are many great inventors and artists we are going to follow the life of Galileo Galilei!

Galileo Galilei was born on February 15, 1564, in Pisa in the Duchy of Florence, Italy. He was the first of six children born to Vincenzo Galilei, a well-known musician and music theorist, and Giulia Ammannati.
In 1583, Galileo entered the University of Pisa to study medicine. Galileo refined his theories on motion and falling objects, and developed the universal law of acceleration, which all objects in the universe obeyed. He also made a telescope that could actually look into space.
Nature is relentless and unchangeable, and it is indifferent as to whether its hidden reasons and actions are understandable to man or not.
All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them
Where the senses fail us, reason must step in.
The Bible shows the way to go to heaven, not the way the heavens go.
