Ada was abused by her mother, and her mother never let her go outside. Ada left her apartment to go with her brother who was shipped of to London, however she didn't leave. She snuck out.
Susan Smith, who is the person who is taking care of Ada and his brother Jamie during the war in 1939.
Jamie and Ada have to adapt to a new lifestyle. They have to teach themself stuff like reading, riding animals, etc. Jamie figured out he has a passion for planes.
Ada and Jamie were enjoying their life in a new place and learning, but then...
Meanwhile, when Susan gets in touch with Ada's mom about a surgery for Ada, the mom goes all the way out to where Ada and Jamie are and takes them back. Ada's mom moved to a new house and continues to abuse Ada.
No mom! Let me go back with Susan!
Can we move in with susan forever?
