After months of travel and processing, they were given permission to enter the US! They received their luggages, exchanged currency, and were taken by ferry to the railroad station with excitement filling their hearts.
John and his son decided to end their journey in New York where they became engaged in the American dream and both worked factory jobs. John was a happy and fulfilled man once again!
