  • Belgium should be free!!
  • King Charles X of France took away the middle classes voting rights. He also censored the press.
  • 1: The Second Republic 2: Single Legislature 3: Universal Male Suffrage 4: President who serves 4 year terms
  • Belgium overthrew the Dutch and became independent in 1815.
  • The workshops all closed downand there were very bloody riots.
  • Moderate Liberal
  • Radical Revolutionaries
  • On November 4th, 1848 the French Constitution was ratified.
  • Fredrick William IV of Prussia wouldn't accept a crown from an elected assembly so that means that there was no German unification.
  • These two groups were on the same side but they couldn't agree on goals. This is one of the reasons the revolution failed.
