I have a new manager so he is a blank book to me I need to go on a fishing expedition to find out what is his personal & management style
I need to have less patience with people - not give them so much leeway
It is ok to have conflict within reason - it can be constructive
I was talking to peple who worked with him previously but at that stage I didn't know the questions I should be asking!
I need to be more direct - I'm used to working with someone who doesn't answer straight questions so I don't expect to get a proper answer
This will help me to understand how to communicate with him & achieve a better working relationship
I realise that I need to challenge / question more rather than taking information as fact.
