What will you give me now For the same handkerchief? (Lines 349-350 pg. 139)
A good wench! Give it to me. (Line 359 pg. 139)
What handkerchief? Why, that the Moor first gave to Desdemona, that which is so often you did bid me steal. (Lines 352-354 pg. 139)
As Othello and Desdemona exits to go to dinner in Cyprus, the handkerchief was left behind unnoticed and Emilia grabs it because her husband, Iago asked her to steal it and so she grabbed it just to please Iago. Emilia knows the handkerchief means a lot to Desdemona so she will copy the embroidery pattern and then give it to Iago.
Iago enters wondering why Emilia is alone and Emilia says not to snap at her because she has something to give to Iago which was the handkerchief but Iago didn't realize what handkerchief she was talking about.
