Rising Action- Nick agrees and arranges for Daisy and Gatsby to have tea together. The only problem is that Daisy is married to a man named Tom.
Tom and Nick were friends in college and still are close friends. Tom is married and loves his wife Daisy, but he is having an affair with Myrtle Wilson, who is married to George Wilson.
Please don't kill me George, your acting morosely
On Nicks birthday Jordan, Daisy, Gatsby, Tom, and Nick go out to eat, but Tom, Jordan, and Nick take Gatsby's car and Dasiy and Gatsby take Toms yellow car.
Jay Gatsby! Im going to kill you for murdering the love of my life.
Climax- At dinner Gatsby and Tom begin to fight over there love for Daisy, so they leave the restaurant. On the way home Daisy is driving Toms car with Gatsby, but hits and kills Myrtle. Myrtle thought Tom was driving the car and ran to stop him.
Climax- Daisy did not stop after hitting her, so Gatsby took the car home and stored it in his garage. George Wilson was devastated by his wife's death and thought the driver ment to hit her. Tom tells him that Gatsby own the yellow car that hit mrytle.
Falling action- George goes to Gatsbys house that night and kills Gatsby in his pool, and then kills himself. NIck finds him and arranges the funeral. While doing so, he realizes Gatsby had everything, but at the same time nothing. Gatsby's father was one of the few people that cam to his funeral.
