  • Time to update our ways.
  • William Harvey went against the odds. He tried to prove one of the greatest doctors out there, which he did. The only problem was that nobody believed him. The only people that believed him were his students which praised him.
  • Johannes Kepler
  • Issac Newton was fascinated with many things. But one of the thing he was really curious about was gravity. After his college was shut down due to the plaque in England. He went home and questioned why an apple fell down. He came up with the idea of gravity and earth pulls things toward it.
  • Inventions
  • Francis newton was a philosopher who went against the ways of ancient times. Francis went against Aristotle ways most of all. Francis's new way is called inductive reasoning. This is means that the greater the information we have the greater the probability it will be truthful.
  • microscope
  • Kepler was a man who studied astronomy. He found that planets didn't rotate the sun in circles but actually in ovals or also known as eclipses. This phenomenon is called the Kepler effect.
  • The Scientific revolution was a big time for inventions being created. The invention of the telescope was created and it helped astronomers be astronomers. Other inventions were created like the barometer and the thermometer which were used to measure pressure and temperature.
  • The microscope one one of the most important inventions that have ever been created. It helped us as a society discover more of the human body and without knowing we wouldn't be able to find the cures we know of today
