Storyboard Text

  • I suppose he could be my dear husbands brother.
  • Alright. But be warned, he is a lazy boy!
  • I am your uncle, Ala al-Din, and I will make you rich if you come with me!
  • Yay! Thank you uncle! I shall do whatever you say!
  • The Black Dwarf took Ala al-Din to a cave and forced him to get a lamp. However, Ala al-Din was scared.
  • Ala al-Din kept the lamp, but the Black Dwarf ran away. The genie of the lamp made Ala al-Din rich, so he uses his riches to marry the princess. However, the Black Dwarf steals the lamp from Ala al-Din.
  • Ala al-Din, you ungrateful boy! After all I have done for you, you cannot use your powers to fetch me a lamp?! Use this ring to protect you and go!
  • Oh uncle, I am frightened!
  • Oh uncle! Please forgive your worthless girl of a nephew. Let me fetch the lamp for you.
  • The Black Dwarf kidnaps the princess and steals the palace. He also tries to force the princess to marry him. Ala al-Din sets off to find his wife, and he must return with her and the palace before the King kills him.
  • Marry me, Badr al-Budur!
  • No!
  • Ala al-Din destroyed the power of the Black Dwarf by setting the genie free.
  • Genie of the lamp, my final wish is to set you free!
  • NOOOO!
  • Yay! Thank you master!
  • The Dwarf left Ala al-Din and Badr al-Budur, who used the Genie of the Ring to go back to the kingdom.
  • You may go, Black Dwarf. Live life in peace without black magic.
  • Oh thank you my dear Ala al-Din! I love you!
  • The King was overjoyed when Ala al-din brought Badr al-Budur and the palace back. They all lived in peace for the rest of their days.
