- Oh it's that time of year again...time to do Ben's tax return...I never know where I am in the process
- I better open up his client record in Central and see where we are this year...
- This looks interesting! Central now has a timeline feature so I can see exactly what point I'm up to...and it has tasks for Ben too!
- I'm going to start a new tax return and see what happens...
- So when I create a new tax return it'll also create a new timeline! Excellent!
- And I can access this online too? Not just from within Central?! That's just what I need for when I'm out of the office!
- I just need to click on the timeline button to view it straight from the tax return...
- WOW look a timeline...and it shows what me and Ben have to do and by what date! No more mad rush at the end of January!
- For the first time I know where I'm up to and exactly what I need to be doing by when...what a great user experience!
