Lane Nomura was told that he and his family need to pack up and move to a relocation camp
Lane and his family are going to be transported to the camp by train.
As everyone was given the privilege to work on their house, they begin to set up. On the other hand, Lane found it useless and just daydreams.
Lane announces to his family that he's signed up for the military.
A while later, Lane returns to the camp as a high ranked soldier.
After watching Lyle's baseball game and winning the bet, Lane gets a haircut by the barber who discriminated the Japanese Americans.
