  • Magna Carta
  • The Magna Carta has been sealed! It has been sealed!
  • Bubonic Plague
  • AHHHHHHHH!
  • The Nobleman, Janshai, is a part of the group of barons that wants to seal the Great Charter for good. The Commoner, Mirabelle, is a paranoid young girl who lives in a town that has the bubonic plague. The Knight, Hadrien, fights in the Hundred Years War.
  • Hundred Years War
  • It's selfish of me to think but I deserve much more than this...
  • Janshai paced back and forth. He was on the other side of the meadow that the meeting took place. The meeting of Magna Carta being sealed or not. He became anxious imagining King John not agreeing and being punished for suggesting him to listen to what the people had to say. Without knowing, a group of barons passed by with huge smiles. Jansahi was about to ask what was decided and he didn't even ask because one of the people answered it for him. "The Magna Carta has been sealed! It has been sealed!" The nobleman grinned and happily followed the group of barons to share the news.
  • Obtaining and
  • The nobles rights and privileges are protected.
  • Respect our rights and pay us back!
  • Mirabelle was way too paranoid. She avoided many people included her own family. Her problem worsen when the Bubonic Plague reached her town. She didn't dare go outside in fear of catching the Black Death. For the first time in a long time, she became curious at what was going on in the outside world and decided on slightly opening the door to see what she missed. She regret doing so because rats scurried past her home and to her horror, bodies were scattered on the ground. A mixture of black and blue blotches could be seen on their skin and she fell to her knees and couldn't believe the sight before her.
  • Maintaining Power
  • Hadrian couldn't hold his anger in anymore. He was definitely happy that power shifted to fuedal lords to monarchs and then to commoners. But ever since the war, knights became useless. After all the fighting and putting his life on line, this is what he gets? He was so proud to become a knight and serve his people but he's not sure if he still feels the same way.
  • The Nobleman had obtained their power when the Magna Carta was sealed, meaning the nobles rights and privileges were protected. They maintained their power by still doing what they've always been doing so they don't lose their privileges.  The commoners maintained their power when the death of many people were lost which led to power beginning to shift, leaving no one to rule. The Bubonic Plague had affected the economic and social structure. This made them upset and demand for their rights and more money since no one can even pay them back, making them obtain their power. Because of the Bubonic Plague, it was one of the causes of the Decline of Fuedalism.
  • The Knights obtained their power by being paid for fighting in the war. They maintained it by staying loyal to the King and respecting their noble.
  • Thank you for all your service.
  • The pleasure's all mine.
