  • Oh, ok honey, why didnt you just say that to begin with? Hold on

  • BDE presents Recruiter with a listing to work on.
  • Physician Phone Call
  • Well MBH is down a few FTE's currently and my company, Medicus Hospitalist Medicine, is working with MBH to help fill those vacancies. Are you interested and available to pick up any shifts?
  • Hey Dr. Hyde. My name is Joey. How are you doing today? Have you heard about whats going on over at MBH?
  • Oh really, I am interested in doing some extra shifts a month. How do we go about this?
  • Hey Joey, I'm doing well. No I haven't heard whats going on.
  • Recruiter searches SAM to find facilities/physicians to fill listing.The Recruiter then calls the hospital to speak to a physician that is interested in an available listing.
  • Presentation of Physician to BDE
  • Hey, I have a physician that I feel would be a good fit for MBH. Here is his info, what do you think?
  • Everything here looks like its a good fit, I'll present him to the client.
  • The Recruiter calls the hospital to speak to a physician that is interested in an available listing.
  • The Final Steps
  • The recruiter gets the physician on the phone and goes over the details and asks the physician if they are interested and available.
  • Give me all your info and an updated CV and I can get this process going
  • Ok Great, here it is.
  • The Recruiter brings the physicians info to the BDE for consideration for the listing. The BDE then makes their decision if they think they are a good fit or not.

  • The physician fills out all necessary paperwork for credentialing, gets days and rate approved, travel and accomodations booked. Provider starts working.
