I don't even know what that is so why would I need it.
Vitamins are essential nutrients that your body needs in small amounts to function.
They dissolve in fat and can be stored in your liver and fat tissue until needed. They keep your bones strong to help your muscles move.
Eating only chips all day will never give your body enough Vitamins A, D, E and K.
You say this every time I eat chips but I don't understand what it means.
