To understand the issue we must first empathize with our audience by gaining information about their wants and needs associated with the problem.
The next step is to define the true problem by synthesizing the data you have collected through interviews, questionaires or other collection methods.
The third step is to ideate by using critical thinking techniques to generate ideas about possible solutions for the problem . This can be done by brainstorming, interviews, and focus groups.
The fourth step in the design thinking process is to create a prototype so that we can take ideas and test them to allow interaction with the solution so that we can analyze the feedback and data.
The fifth and final step is to test the prototype with experiments to determine if the prototype will work. This allows us to know if we need to change or abandon the solution all together.
