Hamilton Misses his shot. Burr does not realize what happens and takes his shot.
Burr takes his shot and hits Hamilton. After the smoke clears, Hamilton is dead on the floor.
After Burr shot Hamilton, he was never charged of murder. He was viewed as a treasonist, and left to live in Europe. He returned back to New York after people forgot about him and died in 1836
