Eleven-year-old designs a skateboard small enough to fit in a school locker
By joylopez, Updated
Carson Kropfl is 11-years-old and he made a skateboard small enough to fit your school locker and do to tricks on them too. He called it, the "Locker Board." He made it because skateboards are way to big to fit in your locker room and to place on your desks but with the locker board, you can fit in your locker room just fine and place it on your desks perfectly fine. Also, you can do tricks on them too.
"His goal is to make and sell 200 decks by the end of the year." (Orange County Register 7)
"What if there was a way to travel that fit in your locker at school?" "What if you could even do tricks on it?" "Meet the Locker Board."
"His mother created a tarp surfing kit called Streetubez. Tarp surfers ride a skateboard on a plastic sheet. The sheet is called a tarp, or tarpaulin. The tarp is held in the shape of a curve. The result is an activity that is like surfing and skating combined."
