Influenza part 2

But unfortunately, the next morning, Ellen didn't wake up.
With both parents gone, Jenny had to take on the task of caring for her younger brother and sister whom were become very sick. She tried as hard as so could to not catch the virus.
Knowing that she would soon be the only one left in the Holland family, Jenny had to sit down for a bit and get some time to herself to calm down.
Why does it have to be this way? Why do I have to lose my entire family?!
Outside in the backyard was where it happened. Jack and baby Kayla died peacefully in their sister's arms.
Since Jenny was not old enough to live alone, the next day officers arrived at her home to take her to an orphanage.
As soon as she arrived, Jenny sat down and wrote in her diary. One she hasn't opened in years. She told the story of what had happened to her and how she was feeling.
I miss you guys...
The influenza affected many families like Jenny's, it took peoples lives and tore families apart, resulting in one of the world's deadliest plagues in history.
