On September 11, 1777, in Pennsylvania close to Brandywine Creek at Chadds Ford began a new battle, the battle of BrandyWine.
All of sudden, General William Howe released one hundred soldiers. This was the start of the battle of BrandyWine between the Americans and British.
In the end, the British won the battle of BrandyWine. The American Army was forced to retreat the battle field. The British took control over Philadelphia in Pennsylvania.
