Relations with Natives
Proclamation of 1763
No one shall pass this border, this land belongs to the Native Americans!
Boston tea Party
The Indians had a very good relationship with the French mostly because they established a fur trade with them. The British and Indian relation ship was completely different, They fought all the time and the British tried to steal the Native Americans land.
The Proclamation of 1763 was a difficult time, after the British won the 7 year war(French and Indian war) The colonist started to move west into the Indian territory. The Native Americans didn't like that so they started attacking the British colonist and hold them hostage so that is when King George III came up with the Proclamation that made the Indians very happy and the Colonist very mad.
The Boston tea party happened because of the tea tax. The tax was on a tea called East India Company tea. The tea was exported to them but the tea got expensive with the tax and the king would not let them drink any other tea so it made it very hard not to buy that tea. So then the Boston tea Party happened where the colonist dressed up as mohawks and went on the delivery boat and dumped the tea over bored.
