A storyboard about Rosa Parks and the Montgomery Bus Boycott.
Rosa Parks, an African American seamstress, boarded on a Montgomery City bus to go home from work.
Due to the segregation law, she had to pay at the front and enter at the back in order to get to the seats that were designated for people of color. But she ended up paying and passing through the front .
Almost everywhere you go you can clearly see the division of the whites and colored
A white man who got on the bus didn't have a place to sit. This caused the driver to tell Rosa and 3 other people to move even farther back. So that he would be able to sit.
The 3 other people went and followed the driver's orders and moved to the back while Rosa, who was fed up with everything, stayed where she was. And because of this she was arrested of violating the law of segregation.
Thus, local civil rights activist, including Martin Luther King, initiated a boycott of the Montgomery bus system or the "Montgomery Bus Boycott". This was a protest against the policy of racial segregation on the public transit system.
