  • I vote 'yes'.

  • Executive Branch
  • Welcome to the White House.
  • Judicial Branch
  • We hear about 7,000 petitions to hear cases, but we only accept ~100-150.
  • Congress creates new laws at the U.S. Capitol Building. They can override a veto with a 2/3 majority vote in each house.
  • Full Faith & Credit
  • We do our best to keep the citizens safe.
  • The president & his family preside in the White House during his term (4 years). The vice president and other White House staff help the president to make important decisions.
  • Amending the Constitution
  • We need to make some amendments to the Constitution. Let's call for a convention.
  • The Supreme Court is the highest court in the land and consists of nine justices, including a chief justice. Judicial review is the power to review an action of the legislative or executive branch and declare it unconstitutional.
  • Federalism
  • The states must accept the legal documents and actions of other states. They must also help each other track down criminals.
  • Congress can propose an amendment with a two-thirds vote in each house. Alternatively, two-thirds of the legislature can ask Congress to call a national convention to draft an amendment.
  • Federalism is the division of power between the federal and state government. Regulating a business within the state is a reserved power.
