Storyboard Text

  • Hey, I know that guy! We had an altercation a few years back!
  • Well, that's not okay according to the 6th Amendment.
  • I was picked for jury duty. Why can't you just let me do my job and leave?
  • Yeah, I'm not understanding the problem here.
  • 6th Amendment
  • The sixth Amendment states that you have right to an impartial jury of your peers. You know who this man is, so he could be biased when making his decision.
  • If there is a problem with the Jury, the case needs to be immediately adjourned so we are not infringing on this man's 6th Amendment right.
