Hey, I know that guy! We had an altercation a few years back!
Well, that's not okay according to the 6th Amendment.
I was picked for jury duty. Why can't you just let me do my job and leave?
Yeah, I'm not understanding the problem here.
The sixth Amendment states that you have right to an impartial jury of your peers. You know who this man is, so he could be biased when making his decision.
If there is a problem with the Jury, the case needs to be immediately adjourned so we are not infringing on this man's 6th Amendment right.
