Claudius, King Hamlets brother, murders his brother by poisoning him. He puts the poison in his ear while he is sleeping.
King Claudius is drinking and dancing like nothing is wrong shortly after his brother has died. This makes Hamlet mad and he talks with Horatio but Horatio doesn't see anything wrong with it.
Why is he dancing and drinking like nothing is wrong?
When the ghost arrives it motions for Hamlet to follow him. Horatio doesn't want him to go with it because it could lead him to a cliff and try to make him jump. Hamlet doesn't listen and follows him anyways.
I will follow you ghost.
