  • The year is 1803, and we just got a bunch of new land from France!

  • Louis and Clark explored the Mississippi river and mapped everything out. Napoleon was a leader in France and America thought he would with draw the deal so they took it. Thomas Jefferson was president.

  • It was 1803 when they doubled the size of america
  • In the end
  • America purchased land from France and and Lewis and Clark explored the Mississippi River to map it
  • Sacagowea helped Lewis and Clark by getting them horses and supplies
  • In the end America got land that doubled its size and that increased the population and everyone was happy
