in june of 1896 there was a family who lived in britain who worked as farmers
in June 1911 there was a family who lived in Manchester, England
There names were henry, max and Lilly thompson
lets move to New Brunswick there is alot of land to farm and we can make more money
they wanted to leave England and move to Canada for a better life because money was scarce and also there were other economic problems
they decided to pack up their goods for the journey and go by ship with others
the Thompson family boarded the S.S empress of Britain and then headed towards Quebec
they sailed for a couple of weeks due to some bad weather
