Storyboard Text

  • Get back here!
  • Meanwhile, at King Edward's Palace
  • Do not worry Malcolm, anyone would be a better king than him.
  • Macduff, I don't think I am fit to be king. If I were to follow him I would be a worse king.
  • Not even in hell could you find a devil more damned than Macbeth.
  • If I were to become king, there'd be so much about me to be exposed that it would make Macbeth seem pure as snow.
  • Fit to be king? You're not even fit to live! The man who has the right to the throne is a horrible man and a disgrace to the royal family.
  • I admit that he is horrible, but there is no end to my lust and greed. I have no good qualities that a king would possess, such as justice, verity and courage.
  • If you still think I would be fit to be king then say so.
  • Macduff, your noble passion has convinced me that you are trustworthy and honorable. I take back all the things I said, I'd be happy to fight by your side.
  • Who's that coming here? Oh, it's Ross! He's come to give us news. How are my wife and kids?
  • I'm sorry Macduff, I couldn't keep this from you. Your wife and children have been murdered by Macbeth.
  • Let your grief be anger, and be the whetstone to your sword. We will fight Macbeth and make him pay. Let's go, the army is ready and King Edward is waiting for us.
  • I could weep for days, but I need to finish him. Gentle heavens, bring me to him. Bring me face to face with Macbeth
