A brief synopsis of one minor conflict between Abigail and Reverend Parris in The Crucible, Act One
Brief note :
I picked this minor conflict to show that it Man v.s. Man in the case of these two. Both of these characters are concerned with saving their own reputations, one more so than the others. This could lead to a much larger conflict later down the line when either could be called out for anything or if things start to come to the surface which could very much so ruin either reputations.
I swear that nothing happened in those woods.
I demand to know what happened in those woods and you will tell me, Abigail!

Just now when some good respect is rising for me in the parish, you comprise my very character. Did you happen to forget that I have given you a home?
