The Caste System is that if your a believer of Hinduism, you'll be put in a caste and you live, marry, and die in that caste, then be reincarnated in a better caste. The Caste System is a measured by a scale. The higher on the scale, the better rank you are in Hinduism. It goes from Bhramin (the top of the scale) to the Untouchables (the bottom of the scale).
Today we're going to learn about the Caste System of Hinduism.
What does this mean for the women that are be part of the Caste System?
I'm glad you asked! If the women aren't an untouchable, the people at the bottom of the scale, this doesn't apply to them. Women can get good jobs, if they get an education. Women who don't have an education will most likely be housewives. They will also get married at a younger age. They'll be stuck like this for the rest of the their life if they get no education
