Germany is surrendering.
All countries agree to stop fighting.
We accept all responsibilities of WWI and will help recovery France.
Treaty of Versailles's signed on June 28, 1919.
After Germany signed the treaty, they were not allowed to have a navy and their army shrunk.
Germany was also forced to accept complete responsibility for initiating World War I and to help recover France.
Soon after the Treaty of Versailles was dealt with, WWII had started.
