The old saying By:Kaitlyn Viera Vargas
Class today were gonna subtract.
This is easy. I bet Kaitlyn couldn't do this.
Shh You don't want Kaitlyn at you like she always does.
Do they know I can hear them!
In first grade I grew up to be a really negative person. Growing up I was bulled, was a trouble maker, and had no friends.
My grandparents would wait in till its sunset to talk to me. When it was sunset my grandparents would tell me to meet them outside. We would watch the sunset together and they would tell me to stay positive and inspire others.
I tried my hardest to do what my grandparents said but I couldn't do it. I tried to talk to people more, ignore bullies, and smile but I still gave up.
I started second and I was still negative in till It became December. My grandparents died and I made a puddle tears. There last words were to stay positive and inspire others. I had to do it to make my grandparents happy.
This is important to because without my grandparents I wouldn't be were I am now. I learned to stay positive even when things get though. And even when I dident want to stay positive Im glad I did because I renumber the old saying happiness is the key to a great life.
