Napoleon invaded Russia with the Grande Armee, which had over 500,000 men. Within 6 months, the army was wiped out from temp., starvation, diseases, etc.
Napoleon was exiled and sent to Elba in 1814. But in 1815, he escaped and went to Paris where he gained supporters and recovered his name as Napoleon I.
In 1815, Napoleon was defeated at the Waterloo Battle. He was then exiled again to Saint Helena. About 5 years later, he died in St. Helena.
