George had warned Lennie to come back and hide in the brush if he were to get into trouble the same way he had in Weed. He is to come back and wait for George to come and get him.
George was reminding the forgetful Lennie to remember that if he gets in trouble, he is to hide in the brush so that he doesn't get hurt.
George is warning Lennie to stay away from Curley's wife because she is nothing but trouble. This foreshadow's the future.
