Storyboard Text

  • Class, today I want you to draw a picture of your favorite place in the school. Which area do you enjoy the most? I love the cafeteria because they make wonderful food and we get to eat all together.
  • It looks like you have worked hard on this. What do you think? If you are not happy with it, we can brainstorm together what it might need. Do you think we can add anything to it?
  • Teacher! Do you like my picture?
  • Hi Deniz! How is it going? I saw the other day you were really happy and enthusiastic in P.E. class, would you like to draw the gym? Or is there a room in the school you enjoy even more?
  • The teacher ask students to draw a picture of their favorite area in the school. This is an activity that is taking place after students had toured as well as have learned the areas of their school.
  • Cem is worried that his teacher will not like his work and asks his teacher whether or not she approves of his work. The teacher avoids evaluating and provides feedback and guidance that might help the student make his own decision about his work.
  • Hello! Jack, I saw that you invited your friend to play. That was very thoughtful and kind.  She seems to enjoy playing with you.
  • Deniz is struggling to follow directions. He cannot seem to figure out what to draw and starts to get disruptive. The teacher comes over to offer guidance without calling too much attention to his undesired behavior.
  • Students are playing on the playground. The teacher notices one student inviting another student to join in his play.
  • The teacher approaches the students and comments on Jack's kind behavior.
