  • hello, im Dr. Water, the reason you have fainted is because you were dehydrated which means you havent had enough water
  • water is a very important nutrient, your body uses water in all its cells, organs and tissues to help regulate its temperature and helps dissolve other minerals and nutrients
  • okay how much water should i be drinking a day?
  • you should be drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day. you dont want to be drinking to much or in rare cases you can get water poisoning or it can drop the level of sodium in ur body very low
  • okay what if i cant drink that much water a day?
  • well there are food that you can eat like cucumber, celery, green peppers and watermelon that are made up of alot of water, but its very important you drink alot of water
  • okay is there anything else that could happen if i dont drink enough?
  • well if you dont get enough water you could have a chemical imbalance which isn't good.
  • alright ill make sure to drink alot of water from now on, thanks doc
