Kansas- Nebraska Act

I think it would be great for America's economy and our businesses if we expanded to Nebraska.
John I'm afraid that is not going to work. Nebraska has not yet became a territory, so therefore it is illegal to settle on that land.
John and Luke are on a southern plantation discussing how they could expand their business. They then bring up the untouched land called Nebraska.
The senator of Illinois Stephen Douglass is having a state conference. There are people from both the North and the South that have came to hear his proposal.
I want to see Nebraska made into a territory and I need southern support. I will be using the slave state Kansas. I also want to build a transcontinental railroad to go through Chicago. Each territory will be choose slavery based off of popular sovereignity.
John and Luke have met up again but this time John has news to share with Luke.
A couple of days ago, I had went to Stephen Douglas town meeting. Nebraska will be a territory.
Oh this stir a conflict between the North and South. This could lead to something serious but this is a win for the South.
