Cassius was the one behind the whole plot of Caesar's death. He had never liked Caesar because he thought Caesar thought to highly of himself.
Antony was one of the only people to remain loyal to Caesar throughout the play. Although he did forgive Brutus, Cassius, and the other men that helped, he was deeply hurt over Caesar's death.
Calpurnia was Caesar's wife, who had a dream that something bad was going to happen to Caesar the day of his death and had even warned him about it and convinced him to not go to work that day. But Caesar had ended up ignoring her dream and went to work anyway.
Cinna was one of the people who helped in the murder of Caesar. There also was a Cinna The Poet who was mistaken to be Cinna and was brutally ripped apart and killed.
