  • Early Life
  • You've been caught!
  • NO! PLEASE!
  • You will be put in to slavery as a gladiator!
  • Life As A Gladiator
  • Escape
  • Get back here slaves!
  • Spartacus was a part of the Roman army. He decided he wanted to leave the army, but he was not allowed. He tried to sneak out, but he was caught and put into slavery.
  • Fighting Rome
  • Spartacus was a gladiator, he survived a lot fights. Most fights were to the death, so he was probably a good gladiator to have lasted how long he did.
  • More Slaves Join
  • OPEN UP!
  • In order to escape, Spartacus teamed up with 70 gladiators, to fight their way out of slavery. They fled to Mount Vesuvius, this was back in 73 BC.
  • Final Battle
  • Roman soldiers surrounded the slaves as well as Spartacus at Mount Vesuvius. There were about 3,000 Roman soldiers, the slaves fought of the romans, they then sent 6,000 more soldiers, they won that to.
  • Over the years, more slaves abandoned their owners to join Spartacus. Their slave army was very strong, they raided Roman villages, and collected weapons from battles. This was for the battles they knew were coming.
  • Rome was getting scared, the army of the slaves and gladiators were very strong, But during the final battle they fell. The soilders won, killed Spartacus, and all of the slaves.
