  • Article 2 - The Executive Branch
  • Are you faithfully executing the laws?
  • Yes, I am.
  • Article 3 - The Judicial Branch (Judicial Review)
  • We will interpret the constitution and laws!
  • The Legislative Branch ensured that law makers are accountable to the people, and they make the laws.
  • Article 4 - Full Faith and Credit
  • States need to accept other states, actions and legal documents.
  • The Executive Branch enforces the laws, and makes sure that the laws are faithfully executed.
  • Article 5 - Amending the Constitution
  • We are changing the constitution.
  • The Judicial Branch interprets the laws and constitution. The Judicial Review, reviews actions of the executive and legislative branches, and has the power to declare it unconstitutional.
  • Article 6 - Federalism
  • We are divided!
  • States need to accept the actions and legal documents of all the other states.
  • The constitution was being changed.
  • This is when the two governments, state and federal, had a division of power.
