After shopping with her two friends, Kaycee and Sydney, Kyrstin realized that she was not happy with her body. So, her mother and her decided to start going to the gym and eating healthier. These healthy foods include fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and drinking water.
Kyrstin woke up the next morning and went to the local grocery store. She was so excited. She bought fresh tomatoes, bananas, corn, apples, peppers, and many other healthy foods. Although she prepared herself that this journey would be hard, she was determined. However, she did not develop any SMART goals for herself.
The next afternoon, she headed to Planet Fitness. She started on the treadmill, and continued into some abdominal exercises, and some leg and arm exercises. Working hard was hard for Kyrstin, but still, she remained determined.
After going to the gym for a few weeks, Kyrstin still had not seen results. She laid in her bed, and wondered what she did wrong. Why couldn't she lose weight? Her anger made her get even more motivated to lose the weight. So, she started eating unhealthy foods to make her feel better.
After another few weeks and no results, Kyrstin called it quits and started eating whatever she wanted to.
Kyrstin should have seeked advice from other people on this weight loss journey. She also should have set goals for herself. Some goals would be "I will eat 3 cups and fruits and vegetables everyday, and I will work out at the gym for at least one hour. Then, I will weigh myself every week to monitor my results."
