Welcome to our floor debate where we are covering Bill H.R 1265 where one person states the pros and the other states the cons to the members that will be voting on the bill.
It only takes a majority to pass a law onto the next house.
The committee members vote on the bill to decide if its needs further changes or can be passed along.
Bill H.R 1265 is passed on to the senate for the same process to used on the bill.
The bill can start in either house unless its a bill dealing with taxes it must start in the House of Represenatives.
The President can pass the bill making it a law, veto or refuse the bill, or sit on the bill.
After the bill passes through the last house it arrives at the White House.
