Act 1 Scene 2
If ever you disturb our streets again, Your lives shall pay the forfeit of the peace.
The Prologue of Romeo and Juliet, foreshadows the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet where the children of two feuding families fall in love with dire consequences.
Act 1 Scene 1 Part 2
Paris asks Lord CAPULET the father of Juliet for her hand in Marriage even though she is only 13. He wants him to wait two more years but if Juliet is happy then he will reconsider.
On the Streets of Verona, a fight breaks out between the men aligned to either the Capulet or Montague families. Tybalt and Benvolio are involved and as they brawl in the street Prince Escalus appears. He threatens them if he ever sees them fighting again.
Romeo is lovesick for 'chaste' Rosaline. Benvolio his cousin promises his parents that he will cheer him up. They meet Montague's servant who invites them to a party that night. Rosaline will be there. However it is the house of the enemy.
