Storyboard Text

  • Young Sir Gawain was the nephew to King Arthur in the land of Camelot.
  • During one of the many Christmas feasts, a green knight and his green horse came in and challenged anyone to strike him. The person had to promise to be cut the same way in 1 year.
  • Cut me.
  • The green knight lived on, and 1 year later, Sir Gawain kept his promise and started his journey to see the knight.
  • Let's go look inside!
  • On his journey he came across a castle and stayed 3 days.
  • Take this magic scarf, it will keep you safe.
  • Sit Gawain received many visits from the lady of the castle. She showed her affection for Sir Gawain plainly.
  • The green knight turned out to be the king of the castle, and did not kill Sir Gawain, but instead gave him a deep scar.
  • Why did you keep the scarf? That's mine.
