PATHOS: "Have patience gentle friends. I must not read it. It is not meet you know how Caesar loved you." Antony is trying to get the people of Rome to feel sympathy for Caesar and his death, so he telling them that Caesar loved them and that he left them all these riches but he cant tell them cause they'll be so sad. He's doing this so they will be upset when they find out who killed Caesar.
Ethos: "...as i slew my best lover for the good of Rome" Brutus is using his position as Caesars best friend to persuade them to like him and to agree with the choice of killing caesar.
logos: "yet they are honorable men?" He reiterates this phrase multiple times because hes being sarcastic. He's trying to remind the men that their impressions of Brutus and Cassius might have been wrong.
