  • What is bias?
  • Bias is prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair. Media bias is the bias or perceived bias of journalists and news producers within the mass media in the selection of events and stories that are reported and how they are covered.
  • Do you think media bias is true or false? Media bias is real because thing that happen on social media and the internet the news finds outs and the news doesn't give out false information, folks can debate on the media, and last everywhere you go people have phones and what do they do on the phone
  • First reason is what happens big on the internet makes its way on the news channel. For example if some did something real funny on YouTube and it got a certain amount of views it would probably make it way on the news channel. Another one is with Freddie Gray. It started off with people posting it on Facebook and it made its way onto the news everywhere.
  • My next reason is a lot of people talk about debate on the media. Like hows better Lebanon James or Stephan Curry. People would talk about it for days . Look at ESPN. They talk about bias and debate on things a lot. Another one is Pepsi and coke people debate on witch is the best. These are my reasons.
