  • Bunker Hill June 1775
  • Don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes!
  • Lexington & Concord April 1, 1775
  • On March 5, 1770, tension blew up in boston. Dockworkers and youths started insulting the soldiers in front of the Custom house. A fight broke out and the soldiers started shooting, otherwise known as the Boston Massacre. " Deaf . . . to the clamors of the populace ".
  • Battle of Yorktown October 19, 1781
  • It is all Over!
  • In June 1775, militiamen seized Bunker Hill and built forts on the top. The British were alarmed and decided to attack. 2,000 British soldiers crossed the bay and approached Bunker hill. " Don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes! ". General William Prescott said as they came closer, and unleashed murderous fire. The redcoats won against the militia at a tremendous cost.
  • Valley Forge 1777-78
  • Americans killed more British soldiers than they can retreat in the battle of Lexington and Concord, April 1, 1775 " Shot heard 'round the world ".
  • Charles Town 1780
  • Washington and Rochambeau moved south when Washington joined his army. When battle ships of British came, the french drove them back. The American and French troops bombarded Yorktown with cannon fire. Which is The Battle of Yorktown on October 19, 1781.
  • George Washington camping in the harsh winter in Valley Forge. The soldiers were short on supplies and barely had anything to cover themselves with. Leaving bloody footprints in the snow of being barefoot. Some deserted but a lot stayed because of their loyalty towards Washington. " Loved him. . . They’d sell their lives for him ".
  • Marison's Band used the methods of Guerrillas to cut off the British from Charles Town. And their supply line in the swamps, north of Charles Town. " Swamp Fox ".
